Wagner Tuning Competition Intercooler Kit EVO3 BMW E9x 335d
The high-performance intercooler has core dimensions of 510 mm x 303 mm x 180 mm (20.65 l in stages), which offers 133% more airflow surface area and 183% more intake air volume compared to the original intercooler. The Competition high-performance core is a high-quality finned tube with internal turbulators. Despite its size, the total weight of the intercooler is only 13.2 kg. The intercooler end casings are made of cast aluminum and have been optimized using CFD flow analysis. The EVO3 intercooler kit was specially developed for the demanding requirements of the high-performance tuning stages on the BMW 135i and 335i. The original click connections have been removed, and the connection diameters at the inlet and outlet have been increased to 70 mm. Therefore, the kit includes two reinforced silicone hoses. The result is excellent cooling properties with minimal back pressure. In addition, all our intercoolers are provided with an anti-corrosion coating with thermal conductivity. This guarantees long-lasting and optimal cooling with significantly higher performance. This complete, ready-to-install kit simply replaces the standard intercooler. Due to its extreme dimensions, minor adjustments to the cooler support are necessary. Tested to 6 bar and pressure-resistant. All our products are subject to continuous quality control.
