The Competition Intercooler has the following core dimensions (580 mm x 437 mm x 56 mm = 14,193 cm³), which results in a 226% larger frontal area and 246% more volume compared to the standard fit intercooler. Wagner Tuning engineers have increased the size and efficiency of the intercooler core as well as the design of the final tank to remove any OEM bottlenecks, resulting in a higher flow rate and better cooling characteristics. Despite its size, the weight of the complete intercooler is only 7.6 kg.
The intercooler inlets and outlets have been enlarged to 65mm diameter, so this kit comes with reinforced silicone hoses. This intercooler kit is the best choice for performance gains and low intake temperatures, optimal cooling with significantly more power.
