Our glue repair kit is called weld seam from the bottle for a good reason. The unique mixture of granulate and industrial glue is many times more efficient than conventional adhesives and “weldsâ€? cracks, tears and fills holes and gaps like no other glue has done before. Our glue repair kit is suitable for almost all materials and with the right pre-treatment extremely durable. The weld seam is weatherproof, cold and heat resistant and waterproof.

Two components for maximum grip but not a two-component adhesive

The weld seam from the bottle is supplied in two bottles. One contains the extremely strong industrial adhesive HG-Extreme 1.0, the other the specially matched granulate. Only the combination of the two components leads to a chemical reaction that produces an indescribable adhesive force. With the help of the granulate, broken parts or threads can be re-modelled and even ground.

Instructions for use:

1. CLEANING THE SURFACES

The weld seam from the bottle can only develop its full adhesive strength if the parts to be repaired are prepared accordingly. Ideally, the surface is roughened with sandpaper or a wire brush and all dirt is cleaned. There must be no dust, rust, grease or adhesive residue and the adhesive surfaces must be completely dry. Only then can high adhesion values be achieved.

2. SPREADING GRANULES

Then the parts to be bonded are joined exactly at the breaking point and a fine layer of granulate is applied. The powder height may not be greater than 2 mm. Before the industrial adhesive is added, no chemical reaction takes place.

3. APPLYING INDUSTRIAL ADHESIVE
Now the industrial adhesive HG-Extreme 1.0 from the second bottle is carefully dripped onto the granulate until all the granules are saturated with adhesive. As soon as the two components come into contact with each other, a chemical reaction occurs and heat is generated. We always recommend providing both sides of the break with a weld for maximum durability. The more often the gluing process is repeated, the more stable the connection becomes.

4. ALLOW CONNECTION TO HARDEN
After just a few seconds, the weld seam from the bottle reaches its full adhesive strength. When the chemical reaction is complete, the seam can be ground, drilled or painted immediately. Depending on the material, the final strength of the break can vary.
