Carpoint BX-2D 12V/24V Battery Charger 7.5 Ampere Lithium

This Carpoint BX-2D battery charger is suitable for charging 12 and 24 Volt with 10 to 240 Ampere rechargeable lead-acid batteries and 10-80 Ampere lithium batteries.

The battery charger runs through a fully automatic 8-step charging cycle. The diagnostic phase checks the battery's condition and/or its ability to accept the charge. The recovery and soft start phase recovers severely discharged batteries above 2 volts under low charge conditions or pulse charging. The fast charge phase recovers deeply discharged batteries with high charging voltage. The bulk phase delivers a maximum charge current of 80% of the energy being charged. The absorption phase achieves a charge of nearly 100%. The analysis phase checks the state of charge. The float phase fully charges the battery and maintains it at its maximum level with a low charge current. The maximum charge current is 7.5 amps.

The CP-2D battery charger comes with two different color-coded cables. One cable is equipped with battery clamps for charging disconnected batteries, and the other has eyelet terminals (Ø6.3mm) and a 10-amp fuse for permanently connected batteries. Both cables are equipped with a quick-release connector.
