DIY Headlight Restoration Kit
The do-it-yourself headlight repair kit is designed to repair serious headlight deterioration, such as yellowing, oxidation and scratches. The kit contains everything you need to restore even the dullest headlight lens. Best results are obtained on plastic surfaces such as rear and trailer lights, boat windows, helmet visors, windshields for motorcycles and snowmobiles, etc.

How to use the Gecko headlight repair kit
- Step 1 Sanding
Wet the sanding disc and secure it to the holder. Sand with different shapes of sizes to remove three yellowing, dullness and completely. Note : Use coarse to fine abrasive discs: P800-P1200-P2000. If you do not adhere to this, you will not get a good result. - Step 2 - Polishing
Attach the orange sponge disc to the holder and apply the polishing paste. Polish the lens until the gloss is restored to new condition. Note : For best results, use an electric polisher. If polishing by hand, polish with a minimum of 200 circular movements in a clockwise direction. - Step 3 - Protection
Clean the headlight lens and make sure the lens is dry before applying the protective coating. Use the white sponge disc from the kit. Apply the protective liquid evenly on the lens surface. Not in direct sunlight. The protective fluid, fully cured, will form a film on the headlamp surface (allow the fluid to dry in direct sunlight for at least 2 hours).
Remark! After step 3 keep the lens dry. Do not wash the car for 24 hours.

If you follow the instructions, the result will be correct. It really requires some patience and a lot of sanding and polishing. We will only know in a year or so whether the coating really does its job. Nice package for the do-it-yourselfer.

The enclosed sandpaper is too coarse P3000 and P 4000 is missing. With this set and moderate polishing paste, a non-bright headlight remains after treatment in accordance with the instructions for use

Was skeptical at first but bought is also used. Instructions are easy and follow them too. The product works for me, the lamps have become bright. PAY ATTENTION! Make sure the sanding caps and polishing sponge are properly on the Velcro and not next to it, otherwise you will get deep scratches. All in all, my lamps are like new.

Excellent and complete kit. Do both lamps simultaneously otherwise you will miss a second polishing sponge. Excellent results with a battery drill on a low setting.
