SONAX PROFILINE Headlight Glass Repair Set

This professional treatment kit for plastic headlight covers that have yellowed and dulled with age restores the original brightness of the headlights. Besides the more attractive appearance of the headlights and the resulting increase in the value of the entire vehicle, the improved light output enhances driving safety by improving both seeing and being seen. Sufficient for approximately 20 applications.

1. 250 ml SONAX PROFILINE Headlight Polish
2. 50 ml SONAX PROFILINE Headlight Coating
3. 1 x SONAX lambswool pad
4. 15 x SONAX polishing fleece cloths
5. 1 x SONAX P-Ball
6. 10 x sandpaper P1000
7. 10 x sandpaper P2000
8. 1 x SONAX microfibre cloth, soft.

User description:

• Clean the headlights thoroughly and then mask them off.
• Optional (sanding): If the headlights are severely damaged, they can be sanded beforehand. To do this, attach the P1000 sanding pad to the SONAX P-Ball and wet-sand the headlight.
• Then refine the sanding pattern with the P2000 sanding pad and wipe off the residue with a cloth.
• Polishing: Now apply SONAX HeadlightPolish to the SONAX lambswool pad and polish with a rotary polisher or the P-Ball until the plastic is clear.
• Control the temperature and ensure short polishing times!
• Remove polishing residue with the SONAX microfibre cloth soft touch.
• Sealing: Spray SONAX PROFILINE HeadlightCoating onto a clean SONAX polishing fleece cloth and apply a thin layer to the headlight.
• Remove excess material with a SONAX soft touch microfibre cloth.
• Then let it harden for about 4 hours, making sure the vehicle doesn't get wet. Do not wash the vehicle for a week.

Important: Do not use strong alkaline cleaning agents as these may damage the protective layer.

NB:
Protect from frost.
Ensure good ventilation during processing.
Processing temperature from +10°C.
Do not use on hot surfaces.
