ZviZZer Paint Ceramic Coat is the hardest hybrid silicone/polymer hard coating from ZviZZer and is designed to optimally and permanently protect paint surfaces, with a moderate workload. The molecular matrix structure forms a wafer-thin anti-stick layer that is strong and hard in its capacity.

The high-performance particles chemically combine with the surface and nestle in the paint pores. After curing, they form a high-gloss protective layer. This very simple way of surface optimization protects the paint from damage such as oxidation, salt, acids and insects.

Thanks to the coating with ZviZZer Paint Ceramic Coat, the clear coat becomes harder and more scratch-resistant (approx. 60-65%) than conventional paints due to the high-performance particles on the surface. Especially the new environmentally friendly, water-soluble paints are very soft in composition. Even if you vehicle is only washed by hand, corresponding signs of wear will occur over time. With ZviZZer Paint Ceramic Coat, these are minimized or even prevented. ZviZZer Paint Ceramic Coat prevents corrosive and acidic products in the pH range of 3-12 from attacking the clear coat .

ZviZZer Paint Ceramic Coat guarantees that painted surfaces will retain their original appearance over time. The product is resistant to yellowing and wear. The product bonds directly to the paint molecule, improves the surface in its dirt-repellent properties and forms a wafer-thin anti- bonding protective layer. ZviZZer Paint Ceramic Coat extremely deepens the gloss and color of the surface.

How to use Glass Coat

We recommend using nitrile gloves to protect your skin! Wash application cloths and all microfiber cloths before use. All accessories must be dry when used.

Application:

• Prepare the surface with CLEAN TOP.
• Wrap the application cloth around the applicator.
• Apply 12-18 drops of product to the application cloth and apply quickly and evenly to the surface until a film is visible. Follow this step on small surfaces no larger than 60cm x 60cm.
• Allow the product to evaporate for 1-3 minutes or polish it off immediately.
• Remove any remaining product residue with a microfiber cloth. Start at the edges of the coating and work inward with straight and quick strokes.
• Buff the surface with a clean microfiber cloth. Start at the edges of the coating and work inwards in a circular motion; do not apply too much pressure to the surface during this action.
• Any visible streaks can be buffed out with a microfiber cloth (5 Pack). Check the surface with a light source to ensure quality control of the application.
• If a higher level of protection is required, an additional layer can be applied after 25 minutes. Do not wait longer than 40 minutes to apply this additional coating.
