Faulty air conditioning condensor

The air conditioning condensor can malfunction for various reasons. For example, mechanical damage to the car part can occur. Mechanical damage can be caused by a hard object hitting the front of your car. Since the condensor is located just behind the front bumper, the condensor can also take a hit and fail. In addition, damage can occur because you regularly drive on rough terrain or a bad road surface. Furthermore, the condensor air conditioning can start to leak, this can be due to damage to the pipeline or because the seals no longer function sufficiently. A condensor can also fail because there is too little refrigerant present. But also weather conditions and brine, dirt and stone chips can cause this car part to malfunction. Among other things, the fins can corrode or the condensor can become clogged or damaged.

You can recognize a defective air conditioning condensor by a few points. First, you will notice that the air conditioning system loses pressure when you turn it on, which will then cause it to leak. If the entire air conditioning of your car no longer works, this can also be due to a defective air conditioning condensor. Air conditioning condensor

The air conditioning condensor of your car is part of the air conditioning and plays a major role in the functioning of the overall air conditioning system. The air conditioner condensor is an aluminum car part from the front of the car, just behind the bumper. A condensor looks about the same as a radiatior, only often a lot smaller. Unfortunately, a condensor can sometimes break, for example an object hits the front of your car with force. If the air conditioning condensor is defective, it has to be replaced.
