    Wagner Tuning Comp. Intercooler Kit Audi S4 B9/S5 F5 EU model

    The Competition high-performance intercooler has the following core dimensions (550 mm x 445 mm x 70 mm = 17,130 cm³) and offers 134% more airflow area and 105% more intake air volume compared to the original intercooler. The Competition high-performance core is a high-performance tube with internal turbulators. Despite its size, the intercooler weighs only 9.5 kg. The intercooler end casings are made of cast aluminum and have been optimized using CFD flow analysis.
    The connection diameters are Ø62 mm at the intercooler inlet and Ø67 mm at the intercooler outlet. This kit is optionally available with complete charge air lines. This includes three reinforced silicone hoses and one aluminum charge air line. The result is excellent cooling properties with minimal back pressure. Furthermore, all our intercoolers feature an anti-corrosion coating with heat-conducting properties. This guarantees long-lasting and optimal cooling with significantly higher performance. This complete, ready-to-install kit simply replaces the standard intercooler – plug and play. Tested to 6 bar and pressure-stable. All our products are subject to continuous quality control. Suitable for racing.
