Wagner Tuning Comp. Intercooler Kit BMW G30/31/32 5er 6er
The Competition high-performance intercooler has the following dimensions (570 mm x 236 mm x 150 mm / stepped = 16,160 cm³), offering a 70% larger flow area and 112% more intercooler volume compared to the original intercooler. The Competition high-performance grille is a high-quality tube-fin grille with internal turbulators. Despite its size, the intercooler weighs only 10.5 kg. The intercooler end casings are made of cast aluminum and have been optimized using flow analyses in a CFD system. The result is excellent cooling properties with minimal back pressure. Furthermore, all our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with heat-conducting properties. This guarantees durable and optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. A complete, ready-to-install kit, easily replaces the standard intercooler – plug and play. The original intercooler piping can still be used. Tested to 6 bar and pressure-resistant. All our products are continuously monitored for quality.
