Audi RS3 8V Sportback/Sedan 294 kW/400 hp 08/2017+The high-performance intercooler has the following dimensions (515 mm x 367 mm x 95 mm [stepped] = 16.5 l), offering an 84% larger inlet surface area and 101% more intercooler volume compared to the original intercooler. The newly developed competition-quality grille ensures sufficient airflow to adjacent components, such as the water cooler. This is a high-quality tube-fin grille with internal turbulators. The intercooler end casings are made of cast aluminum and have been optimized using flow analyses in a CFD system. Integrated air guides in the inlet ensure even charging of the intercooler. The result is excellent cooling properties with minimal back pressure. This kit is therefore ideally suited for racing. In addition, all our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with heat-conducting properties. This guarantees lasting and optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. The intercooler and crossmember form a stable unit and, thanks to the new Competition-grade mesh, weigh only 14.3 kg. Installation is via the original mounting points and is easy to carry out (a 1:1 replacement). Tested to 6 bar and pressure-resistant. All our products are continuously monitored for quality.
