The Competition package for the Audi TTRS 8J consists of the intercooler upgrade kit EVO 3 and the downpipe kit.

Intercooler upgrade kit 200001056

The intercooler kit EVO3 for Audi TTRS 8J is a further development of the previously known intercooler kit EVO 2.

The high-performance intercooler has the following dimensions (515 mm x 367 [274] mm x 95 mm), offering a 120% larger intake surface area and 142% more intercooler volume compared to the original intercooler. The newly developed Competition-quality grille ensures sufficient airflow to adjacent components, such as the water cooler, and is also very light. The intercooler end casings are made of cast aluminum and have been optimized using flow analyses in the CAD system. Integrated air guides in the inlet ensure even charging of the intercooler. The result is excellent cooling properties with minimal back pressure. This makes this kit ideal for racing. The intercooler and the original cross member form a stable unit and, thanks to the new Competition-quality net, weigh only 11.2 kg. Installation is carried out using the original mounting points and is easy to carry out (1:1 replacement). Optimal cooling of the charged air with a significant increase in performance!
