With this 9-piece Carpoint tire repair kit, you'll have everything you need to quickly and easily repair the tubeless tires on your car, motorcycle, trailer, or van. Suitable for repairing punctures up to 6mm, caused by a nail, screw, or other sharp object.

1. 1 T-handle drill to drill out the damaged area

Perfect for on the road as an emergency solution until you have the tire professionally checked or repaired.

Instructions for use:

Remove the sharp object from the tire, such as a nail or screw. Roughen the hole with the included drill bit. Do this by moving the drill bit up and down in the hole. Apply the included adhesive to the plug. Push the plug through the eye of the plug needle and apply the included adhesive. Now insert the plug with the plug needle into the hole. Push it about two-thirds of the way into the hole. Make sure the plug has passed through the tire to prevent it from being pushed out when you inflate the tire. Pull the plug needle out with a quick motion. Trim off the excess plug, leaving about 5 mm. Re-inflate the tire.

Tip: Keep the tire as inflated as possible while repairing it. Air will naturally escape from the puncture, but this makes pushing and pulling the plug easier.
