How can we solve this?
It's best to contact our customer services department for solving a problem quickly. Our customer services department can be reached at +31 85 070 52 25 at the following times:

  • Mon.-Fri.: 8.00 - 20.00 hrs
  • Sat.: 08.00 - 16.00 hrs
  • Sun.: Closed

If you have a complaint and can't work things out with our customer services department, please send an email to  [email protected] or a letter to the address below. This allows you to reach out to our customer services manager directly. We always take your enquiry seriously and try everything to solve the matter at hand.

Enquiries send to [email protected] are processed on business days only. Within 14 days you'll receive an answer from us in which we respond to your complaint.

If you're not happy with the solutions we offer with regard to your complaint, it's also possible that you submit your complaint to the 'Thuiswinkel' trustmark Dispute Committee (www.sgc.nl). You can also reach out to the Dispute Committee of the European ODR platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/).
