What is the status of my return?

Via my Winparts you can follow the status of your return from the moment your request has been submitted.

As soon as we have received and processed your return, we will notify you. If you have chosen for an exchange, we will send you an exchange form. The form can be used to notify us what you want to exchange and for what you want to exchange it. In the case you have chosen to return an item and get your money back, we will act accordingly. Winparts will send you a credit note and refund the money once the return has successfully been processed.
