Universally applicable means that the manufacturer hasn't provided information on which car brands, models and/or types the part is applicable. The number plate check or vehicle selector on our website doesn´t take these parts into account after you've selected your vehicle.
Basically, universal parts can be fitted into your car as you see best. In some cases, this might mean that certain (other) adjustment(s) need to be made. Either to your vehicle or to the part itself. Universally applicable items are applicable to a wider range of vehicles. This doesn´t imply however that they always fit. Please take this into account.
