5in1 All-in-1 Window Sealant with TUV approval is a very high-quality, highly adhesive window sealant based on MS polymer. This sealant is specially developed for quickly and professionally bonding car windows. Thanks to its unique composition, 5in1 window sealant adheres perfectly to old window sealant, glass, and ceramic edges, without the use of a primer.

A major advantage of 5in1 window sealant is its very high initial strength, which is particularly beneficial in preventing the window from sinking, especially when installed vertically. The sealant also has the added benefit of excellent stability, meaning the bead of sealant won't collapse during application. After curing, 5in1 window sealant contributes to the rigidity of the bodywork. This also gives the vehicle excellent torsional stiffness.

These properties mean that installing car windows with 5in1 window sealant eliminates the need for any additional products. This reduces the risk of errors during installation, and the previously complex process of installing these windows is now significantly simplified. Furthermore, 5in1 window sealant is solvent- and isocyanate-free, and silicone-free. Its unique composition makes it perfectly UV-resistant, making it ideal for applications where the sealant edge is exposed to sunlight.

The new MS Polymer technology (silane-modified polymers) combines the advantages of various sealants and adhesives such as polyurethane, silicone, acrylate, and butyl rubber in a single product. Silicone-free, halogen-free, environmentally friendly, isocyanate-free, and solvent-free.

Properties

1. Excellent adhesion even without a primer - on metal, glass, plastic, paints, base coats, wood materials and mineral surfaces.
2. Remains elastic within a temperature range of -4 °C to + 120 °C after curing.
3. Non-shrinkage, vibration resistant, neutral curing.
4. Odorless and fast curing.
5. Can be overpainted directly wet-on-wet with acrylic and dispersion paints.
6. UV and weather resistant.

Excellent for:

Bonding of automotive windshields. Bonding and sealing of sunroof systems. Structural bonding in bodywork, container, wagon, and vehicle construction. Sealing of weld seams, floor and connection joints, also on wet surfaces. Bonding of corner profiles (window construction) and footwell structures, air conditioning and ventilation, equipment construction, plastics technology, high-rise and basement construction.

Instructions for use
Surfaces must be clean, dry, and free of grease. (For chrome steel, use a primer.) Apply by hand or with an air gun. If necessary, smooth with a plastic spatula within 10 minutes. The thickness to be applied depends on the material to be bonded. Press the backing material into place within 10 minutes. The curing time depends on the applied thickness, the temperature, and the relative humidity.

Thanks to its special composition, the 5-in-1 window sealant has a long shelf life after opening. This means you no longer need to throw away the opened tube.
