5in1 All-in-1 Window Sealant

5in1 All-in1 Window Sealant with TUV approval is a very high-quality, strong adhesive window sealant based on MS polymer. This sealant has been specially developed for the fast and professional bonding of car windows. Due to the unique composition of the 5in1 window sealant, the product has perfect adhesion to old window sealant, glass and ceramic edges, and this without the use of a primer.

A big advantage of 5in1 window sealant is that it has a very high initial strength, which has a positive effect on the window not sinking, especially if it has to be placed vertically. The sealant also has the positive property that it has a high stability, which means that the sealant bead does not fall over during processing. 5in1 window sealant contributes to the rigidity of the bodywork after curing. The product therefore also gives the vehicle very good torsional rigidity.

These properties ensure that when fitting car windows with 5in1 window sealant, no by-products are needed at all. The chance of making mistakes during fitting is reduced and the previously complex fitting of these windows is made very easy with this product. 5in1 window sealant is also free of solvents and isocyanates and the product also contains no silicones. Due to its unique composition, the product is perfectly UV-resistant and therefore extremely suitable for applications where the sealant edge is exposed to sunlight.

The new MS-Polymer technology (silane-modified polymers) combines the advantages of various sealants and adhesives such as polyurethane, silicone, acrylate and buthylgum in one product. No silicone, halogen-free. Environmentally friendly, contains no isocyanates and is solvent-free.

Bonding of automotive windscreens. Bonding and sealing of sunroof systems. Structural bonding in bodywork, container, wagon and vehicle construction. Sealing of weld seams, floor and connection joints, also on wet surfaces. Bonding of corner profiles (window construction) and foot-floor constructions, air conditioning and ventilation, apparatus construction, plastics technology, high-rise and basement construction.

Instructions for use
Surfaces must be clean, dry and free of grease. (For chrome steel use primer) Processing by hand or air pressure gun. If necessary, smooth within 10 minutes with plastic spatula. The thickness to be applied depends on the material to be bonded. Press the counter material within 10 minutes. The curing time depends on the applied thickness, the temperature and the relative humidity.

The 5in1 window sealant has a long shelf life after opening due to its special composition. This means that the opened tube no longer needs to be thrown away.
