Our adhesive repair kit is called "weld seam from the bottle" for good reason. The unique blend of granules and industrial adhesive is far more effective than conventional adhesives and "welds" cracks, breaks, and fills holes and crevices like no other adhesive before. Our adhesive repair kit is suitable for almost all materials and, with the right pretreatment, is extremely durable. The weld seam is weatherproof, cold and heat resistant, and waterproof.

Two components for maximum grip but not a two-component adhesive

The weld sealant from the bottle is supplied in two bottles. One contains the extremely strong industrial adhesive HG-Extreme 1.0, the other the specially formulated granulate. Only the combination of the two components creates a chemical reaction that produces an indescribable adhesive strength. Using the granulate, broken parts or threads can be reshaped and even ground.

Instructions for use:

1. CLEANING THE SURFACES

The weld seam from the bottle can only develop its full adhesive strength if the parts to be repaired are prepared accordingly. Ideally, the surface should be roughened with sandpaper or a wire brush and all dirt removed. There should be no dust, rust, grease, or adhesive residue, and the bonding surfaces should be completely dry. Only then can high adhesion values be achieved.

2. SPREADING GRANULES

Next, the parts to be bonded are joined precisely at their breaking point and a fine layer of granulate is applied. The powder thickness must not exceed 2 mm. No chemical reaction takes place before the industrial adhesive is added.

3. APPLYING INDUSTRIAL ADHESIVE
Now, carefully drip HG-Extreme 1.0 industrial adhesive from the second bottle onto the granules until all the granules are saturated with adhesive. As soon as the two components come into contact, a chemical reaction occurs and heat is generated. We always recommend sealing both sides of the broken joint for maximum durability. The more often the bonding process is repeated, the more stable the bond becomes.

4. ALLOW THE CONNECTION TO HARDEN
After just a few seconds, the weld seam from the bottle reaches its full adhesive strength. Once the chemical reaction is complete, the seam can be immediately ground, drilled, or painted. Depending on the material, the final strength of the break may vary.
