    Epoxy rust converter 30ml

    BRUNOX Epoxy is the only patented rust converter and primer with epoxy resin that is also available in a handy aerosol. Brunox® Epoxy is a rust converter and primer coat in one. Brunox® Epoxy is extremely suitable for removing rust on metal. Machines, vehicles and other metal objects look like new again after treatment. The agent removes rust from metal and at the same time forms a new primer coat. In just one treatment. The cognac-colored clear liquid forms a strong metal-organic iron compound with the neutralized rust layer. The glossy black primer that is then formed provides anti-rust protection for a longer period of time and at the same time is a very good substrate due to the epoxy resin components.

    Brunox® Epoxy is the patented epoxy resin-based rust remediation system. BRUNOX® Epoxy penetrates 7 to 10 times deeper than traditional rust converters. The cognac-colored clear liquid forms a metal-organic iron compound with the neutralized rust layer. The black very compact and resistant protective layer that is formed provides protection against rust for a longer period of time and is at the same time a very good substrate due to the epoxy resin components. The agent is excellent for transforming rust on machines, vehicles and other metal objects. Thanks to the very high penetration into the rust and the good film formation (no brush marks), it ensures efficient and easy further processing. Remove loose rust, grease, dirt, and rusty paint residue with a wire brush, grinder or sandpaper. Apply Brunox® Epoxy in 2 to 3 layers on the remaining porous rust with a brush, roller, air spray or with the CFC-free Brunox® Epoxy aerosol. Brunox® Epoxy is very suitable for dipping and pouring hollow objects. After the treatment, a covering layer must be applied, for example a top coat. The agent is therefore a rust stabilizer and primer coat in one and is excellent for removing rust from machines, vehicles and other metal objects. Thanks to the very high penetration into the rust and the good film formation (no brush marks), it ensures efficient and easy further processing. (Also very suitable for dipping and pouring hollow objects.)

    Instructions:

    Sanding off loose rust / brushing 2x BRUNOX® - Epoxy on the rust particles, then you no longer need to wash or sand. When it is completely dry apply the top coat.

      The combination of rust converter and primer for the touch-up stick is very handy. Furthermore, the fact that the product dries black is an advantage when you have a black car. Top!!!
