RUSTYCO ® RUST SOLVENT is a unique rust remover. It removes rust 100% pore deep in all seams and cracks of steel, stainless steel, aluminum and most ferrous metals. Without blasting or sanding. It is not an inverter. Cleans the surface microscopically and is also rust-resistant. This is the ideal substrate for all primers and paint systems. It can be treated like new metal again. RUSTYCO is a concentrate, water-dilutable. With just 1 liter of RUSTYCO you can make a 20 liter powerful de-rusting bath, which can be used several times until it has turned dark / black in color.

RUSTYCO is harmless for most materials such as paint, plastic, wood, rubber, vinyl, glass, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, chrome, etc. No dangerous fumes, non-toxic, non-flammable, biodegradable, environmentally friendly. Note: always test in an inconspicuous place before use.

Instruction manual :

1. First remove loose rust, dirt, grease and oil.
2. Prepare a solution in water, eg in a plastic bucket or container. Add at least 5 caps of RUSTYCO per liter of water (light rust). In case of heavier rust formation add more RUSTYCO, if necessary use undiluted.
3. Immerse the object in the rust removal bath (at least 30 minutes). Approximately 72 hours may be required for very heavy rust.
4. Regularly remove the object from the solution, brush off loose rust and rinse with water. This promotes and speeds up the process. Heating the solution removes all rust even faster. After this process, the object can be made temporarily rust-resistant.
5. Submerge again for about 5 minutes, let it dry and do not allow it to come into contact with moisture.
6. The object is now ready for further treatment. Objects that cannot be submerged should be de-rusted with RUSTYCO ®-GEL
