Rustyco 1004 Rust dissolver gel 1000ml
RUSTYCO ®-GEL is a viscous unique rust dissolver that can be applied with a brush. It removes rust 100% pore deep in all seams and cracks, from steel, stainless steel, aluminum and most ferrous metals. Without blasting or sanding. It is not an inverter. Cleans the surface microscopically and is also rust-resistant. This is the ideal substrate for all primers and paint systems. It can be treated like new metal again. RUSTYCO-GEL has been developed to rust objects that cannot be immersed in a RUSTYCO rust removal bath.
RUSTYCO-GEL is harmless for most materials such as paint, plastic, wood, rubber, vinyl, glass, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, chrome, etc. No dangerous fumes, non-toxic, non-flammable, biodegradable, environmentally friendly. Note: always test in an inconspicuous place before use.
Instructions:
- First remove loose rust, dirt, grease and oil.
- Apply RUSTYCO ®-GEL with a brush in an evenly thick layer, so that the rust can be absorbed well.
- Let the GEL work (minimum 30 minutes).
- In case of heavier rust formation, repeat the treatment until the desired result is achieved.
Tip 1: Cover the GEL with cling film on large surfaces. This ensures that the GEL does not dry out and continues to work until it is saturated (darker in color).
Tip 2: By occasionally brushing the GEL on the rust with a wire brush, the process is accelerated. After removing rust, brush off the GEL with water. After this, the object can be made temporarily rust-resistant. Apply a thin layer of GEL again, (eg with a cloth) let it dry and do not allow it to come into contact with moisture.
