Rustyco rust remover gel 50ml

RUSTYCO ®-GEL is a viscous unique rust remover that can be applied with a brush. It removes 100% pore-deep rust in all seams and cracks, from steel, stainless steel, aluminum and most ferrous metals. Without blasting or sanding. It's not a converter. Cleans the surface microscopically and also has an anti-corrosive effect. This is the ideal substrate for all primers and paint systems. It can be treated as new metal again. RUSTYCO-GEL has been developed to derust objects that cannot be immersed in a RUSTYCO derusting bath.

RUSTYCO-GEL is harmless to most materials such as paint, plastic, wood, rubber, vinyl, glass, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, chrome, etc. No hazardous fumes, non-toxic, non-flammable, biodegradable, environmentally friendly. Note: Always test in an inconspicuous area before use.

Instructions:

1. First remove loose rust, dirt, grease and oil.
2. Apply RUSTYCO ®-GEL with a brush in an even thick layer, so that the rust can be well absorbed.
3. Allow the GEL to work (at least 30 minutes).
4. Repeat treatment for heavier rust formation until the desired result is achieved.

Tip 1: On large surfaces, cover the GEL with cling film if necessary. This ensures that the GEL does not dry out and continues to work until it is saturated (darker in color).

Tip 2: By occasionally brushing the GEL into the rust with a wire brush, the process is accelerated. After derusting, brush off the GEL with water. After this, the object can be made rust-resistant temporarily. Apply a thin layer of GEL again, let it dry (eg with a cloth) and do not let it come into contact with moisture.
