Brush tin underbody coating tectyl black
Valvoline 20035 Tectyl Bodysafe is the most sold underbody coating and the traditionally known anti-rust agent based on wax and bitumen. Bodysafe has been specially developed to protect the underside of your oldtimer and is supplied in a 1 liter tin for application with a brush or cuticle pusher. By applying a layer of Bodysafe, floors and wheel arches in particular are protected from damage caused by stone chips and rust. Tectyl Bodysafe forms a powerful barrier against the effects of moisture and salt and is also ideally suited for the (external) protection of fuel tanks, brake and fuel lines and brake cables. Helps prevent rust and damage from, among other things, brine. Also suitable for use on campers, trailers, caravans and other vehicles. Due to the adhesion to metal, stone chips and stubborn corrosion due to moisture and salt are excluded.Instructions:
- Remove dirt and any rust
- Apply the Tectyl body safe to the floor, chassis or wheel arches with a brush
- Let the product dry until it is bronze colored.

Product bought to coat the bottom of the car with a layer of tar as protection against brine etc. It is not as thick as I expected, if you said this is black paint I believe it too. But after applying several coats, I am confident to get through the cold months protected.
