    The acv basic antenna series provides good reception performance even under less than ideal conditions, thanks to the selection of quality components and careful installation.

    To optimize antenna reception, always ensure optimum grounding of the antenna base or grounding strap during installation.

    Remove existing paint on the contact points with workshop equipment and protect against corrosion with suitable contact paste and also treat the antenna rod wire and antenna base to optimize contact.

    Remark:

    In case of reception problems:

    check antenna cable and antenna adapter

    check the vehicle for defects by retrofitting LED lighting
    check the vehicle for defects by retrofitting voltage converters / power supplies / USB charging adapters
    Check the vehicle for defects due to digital power amplifiers installed aftermarket.
