Radio Connection Cable Various Volvo Models > ISO Standard
ISO adapter cables are used for passive connection of retrofit devices to the factory plugs in the radio installation slot. These cables provide a simple and reliable connection, allowing you to install an aftermarket radio without any problems.
Depending on the vehicle and equipment, the following signals are provided:
- 12V continuous current
- 12V ignition
- Mass
- Light
- Antenna Remote
- Speaker connection for front and rear speakers
For vehicles with other equipment, signals that are not available may need to be connected to suitable taps in the vehicle (e.g. fuse box) or additional modifications/interfaces may need to be used, such as:
- CAN bus interfaces
- LFB interfaces
- Sound system adapter
- Adapter for camera
