CAST POLYPROPYLENE CONUS
We wanted to make the MAD S1 series really loud and that requires a sturdy cone. The cone of the S1 series is made of injection molded polypropylene that can withstand the toughest resonances and membrane ruptures.

DVS™ VENTILATION SYSTEM
If you like LOUD, good cooling is essential. We equipped the subwoofer with a DVS™ (Dual Ventilation System) for less distortion and better heat dissipation. Good cooling means less heat and less heat gives you the opportunity to add more subwoofers for an even louder sound!

HOUSING OPTIMIZED
The MAD S1 series is both loud and impressive. We have created a subwoofer with multi-talented Thiele/Small parameters that ensure great performance in both sealed, vented and bandpass enclosures. Line the enclosure with polyfill to reduce the BOOM and bring out the BASS!

MAD DESIGN
To complete the subwoofer's high-quality construction, we created an industrial and rugged MAD-shaped steel basket that is resilient and strong. The 51mm voice coil is made of PCW (Pure Copper Wire) and the dust cover, like the cone, is made of IMPP for a unique 3D design that will make your friends jealous and keep the haters at bay!
